The breakfast was good. the location was great. the hotel staff were really nice. and the room was clean and warm

The authentic feel of the place. The owner was very helpful.

- Traditional Moroccan style and decorative elements - Convenient last-minute booking availability - Fair pricing for short stays - Good connection to Marrakesh airport

Staff were great. Not much options for gluten intolerant

I stayed for 2 nights at the end of a tour. The first night my room had a swarm of flies. I asked for a different room and was told the hotel was fully booked. Luckily a friend had a spare bed in her room and I stayed with her. The second day, the toilet broke in my other friends room. They were told to use the lobby toilet and they would call someone to fix it after we check out.

We did not receive the rooms we chose, the pictures of the rooms we reserved had nothing the same we were accommodated in. The first night the air conditioning didn't work and we were left in a cold room.

The decoration and architecture

This hotel is beautiful, we just happened to stay there at a time of year when we were the only guests, so it felt vacant. I can imagine in the summertime, when the pool is available this is a vibrant place to stay. This appears to be a locally owned place that's been around for awhile. Think charm! Lastly, the staff were friendly and aimed to be helpful.

I got a real feel of Morocco’s architecture and was surprised to see each area … room, lobby, breakfast area and dining area reflected the beauty of traditional style of the country

Authentic feel

It was traditional

This hotel is simple and good value. Nice to have a balcony and a spacious room.

First night was awful. Suite 56, which we were allocated, is directly under the breakfast room and we were woken up at 5am with the incessant noise of tables and chairs being scraped across the tile floor by a tour group breakfasting in preparation for an early departure. Absolutely awful. Second and third nights much better after we requested a room change and were moved two floors down. Other than that, no complaints. We had a nice big suite. Plenty of room.

The hotel was adequate. The bathroom and room were dirty, fixtures were make-shift, but the neighborhood was good (although 40 min from Medina walking). This is a popular, well known hotel that taxis and tourists know about and is in a quiet area that is safe and fun to wander. If you are willing to sacrifice creature comfort for a quiet and interesting experience, pick this hotel

Room and pool

Beautiful place well located I liked the architecture and facilities

The staff was lovely and smiling all the time , its near to gueliz but i didnt feel secure to walk alone at night.

Central Marrakesh walking distance from a lot of different restaurants and places to see, the people who worked at reception was very helpful and friendly

The location is good. The aesthetics of the hotel is nice. The price Price per night is good. I would recommend booking here.

Style and location and Bed

Tranquille calme

Traditionally and warm colored decorated. Friendly and very helpful staff.

Moroccan house is beautiful, very ornately decorated. Our room was huge.

Fridge in the room. A real bath - a bit on the small side but it was lovely. Breakfast - apart from the orange juice. Location in Gueliz within walking distance of the Jardin Majorelle. Good restaurants nearby - especially Babakish - a Lebanese restaurant.

Breakfast was great, lots of choice. Fresh fruit would be a welcome addition.
